How do I delete e-mail from my inbox?

Two steps. First, place a checkmark next to each message you would like to remove. Second, click the "Delete" button located at the bottom of the message list. The selected messages will be permanently erased from your inbox. As an alternative to this method, you may simply click the "Delete" button while any given message is open.

Use the same procedure to delete e-mail from your outbox as you would from your inbox. Place a checkmark next to each message you would like to remove and then click the "Delete" button. How do I remove all accumulated messages?

Check the shaded box at the top-left corner of your inbox/outbox. This will select all the e-mails you have accumulated in that particular box. Next, click the "Delete" button located at the bottom of the list to empty your message folder.

Can I recover a deleted e-mail message?

Unfortunately, after you press the "Delete" button your messages are permanently erased from your mailbox. Therefore, it is not possible to recover deleted e-mail.
