What is a Detailed Search?

A Detailed Search allows you to find members who match your specific preferences. For example, you may wish to run a Detailed Search on members from a specific geographic region. Or you may wish to indicate preferences such as hair color, eye color, religion, marital status, height, education, or others.

What does it mean when I check the "Any" box for a particular search criterion?

It means you will accept any and all of the match characteristics presented in that particular category.

What if I want to use a search criterion that is not listed on the Detailed Search page?

To look for members who have characteristics and/or personality traits not listed on the Detailed Search page, try typing specific keywords into the "Keywords" text box located at the bottom of the page. You may also use the Keywords text box to search for members by name.

How do I find a specific member if I can't remember his or her name?

Enter what physical characteristics and personality traits you can remember into the corresponding fields on the Detailed Search page. If you can not remember any specific characteristics, try to recall something the person wrote in the "About Me..." section of their profile. Type a few words into the "Keywords" text box and click "Search".
